Michelle sat at her desk When she wasn't overseeing the Emergency Operations Center floor, she was helping to analyze data flowing into the Washington State Fusion Center. There had been an alert dispatched by the Statewide Terrorism Analysis and Crime Center in Ohio about a dark colored minivan that had been seen within a seventy five mile range of three nuclear power plants in Ohio. How the report had ended up this far west she wasn't sure but as she skimmed it, she was thinking to her self that something was likely to happen. The questions were: what was going to happen, when was it going to happen, and most importantly, where was it going to happen. There was a knock on the door to her office. She looked up and saw Ashley Clapton standing there.

"Thought you said you were leaving early to go camping." She said.

"I'm getting ready to..." Michelle said. "I'm looking at this bulletin that came out of the Statewide Terrorism Analysis and Crime Center (STACC) in Ohio"

"The one from the Statewide Terrorism Analysis and Crime Center (STACC) about the van?" Ashley asked, walking into Michelle's office.

"Yeah... " Michelle picked up the piece of paper and read it again.

"Something about it is... off."

"You even seen anything like it?" Ashley asked.

"Nope," Michelle shrugged. "But I mean if you're gonna hit critical infrastructure, power would be the way to go..." The previous year, Michelle had written a memo about how the state could fall victim to an attack on the power grid, She didn't go into specifics on how to do it, but if one read between the lines, the document basically gave instructions on how to take down the electrical grid. "You know, this is very similar to what I wrote in a memo to the section chiefs a year ago." She turned to her laptop and started to search for the memo. It had been buried at the highest levels because she basically wrote a play book on how to but she was sure still had a copy of it. She looked through her files on her laptop and couldn't find it. She knew it was stored in the archive and she thought she had a copy at home, If she couldn't find it, she would call the archive manager on Monday.

"I remember that.." Ashley pursed her lips. "Wonder if I still have a copy of it somewhere."

"I do, just not on this computer..." She thought for a second. "I think I have a copy in my personal files at home. If you have it can you send it to me." She wanted to send it to the Statewide Terrorism Analysis and Crime Center (STACC), but she would need the Director's permission first as it was an internal memo and it was not suitable for external dissemination. This was going to be on her mind all weekend.
