Michelle walked up to the door and knocked. "Come in!" she heard the Director's voice from the other side of the door. Michelle opened the door and walked into the office. "Good Morning, Director," Michelle said, walking into the office and sitting across from Zoe Daniels. "Thank you for seeing me this morning." "You're welcome..." Zoe said. "Your email sounded kind of urgent." ||Michelle shows the director the memo from the Statewide Terrorism Analysis and Crime Center (STACC), and the research memo, requests permission to send the research memo to the Statewide Terrorism Analysis and Crime Center (STACC) to help them.|| "Yes, Ma'am," Michelle said, opening the folder that she had carried into the Directors office. "Late last week we received this bulletin from the Statewide Terrorism Analysis and Crime Center in Ohio Statewide Terrorism Analysis and Crime Center (STACC)." Michelle handed the bulletin to Zoe, who skimmed it. "The Statewide Terrorism Analysis and Crime Center (STACC)?" Zoe said, a smile on her lips. "That sounds like it should be a burger joint..." Michelle laughed. "Maybe..." In their line of work sometimes you needed to laugh. "The more that I thought about it, the more it sounded like a memo that I wrote that was only sent to the planning section chief so that we could possibly do a drill on it." She sat a copy of the memo on the desk. It took Zoe longer to skim the memo because it was four pages longer than the one issued by the Statewide Terrorism Analysis and Crime Center (STACC). "Send this to the Statewide Terrorism Analysis and Crime Center (STACC)..." Zoe said. "And start planning a very quiet drill on it..." "Yes, Ma'am," Michelle said, standing. "I'll leave those two copies with you." "Michelle," Zoe said, causing Michelle to stop at the door and turn to face the Director. "Keep me in the loop on anything you get from the Statewide Terrorism Analysis and Crime Center (STACC) or any one else about this or similar, please." "Yes, Ma'am." Michelle said, leaving the Director's office. She walked back to her own office and sat down the desk. She looked at the memo from the Statewide Terrorism Analysis and Crime Center (STACC) and then at the clock. It was 10 AM in Washington meaning it was 1 PM in Ohio. She picked up her phone and dialed the number on the memo from the Fusion Center in Columbus Ohio. "Ohio Homeland Security, How may I direct your call?" She heard a male voice answer the phone. "Robert Dunlevey, Please," Michelle twirled her hair around her finger. 'This is Michelle Oldham from the Washington State Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management" "Hold please." The receptionist said. Then there was music on the line. The music disappeared as the line was picked up. "The person you are calling," the voice mail started... "Robert Dunlevey, is not available. Please leave your name, number and a brief message and I will return your call." There was a beep. "Robert, this is Michelle Oldham with the Washington State Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management" She started. "I have a memo that I wrote that might be of interest to you based on the bulletin you sent out late last week. My number is..." She rattled off her phone number. "It's currently one oh four PM Eastern and I'll be in the office until eight pm eastern tonight." She returned the phone to it's cradle and turned to the computer.
