Robert Dunlevey walked back up to his desk after the briefing that he had given on the van that had been seen in three different places in the state. The Statewide Terrorism Analysis and Crime Center (STACC) had received word that the van had been seen outside of McConnelsville, as well as in the Columbus and Dayton metropolitan areas. Something was not right and he at least wanted everyone to be able to be aware of it. When he got back to his desk with a cold cut sandwich from the cafeteria, he noticed that the message light was blinking on his phone. Since he was taking his lunch, he'd deal with the voice mail later.
