Michelle walked into her office to find the phone ringing. She had given her office phone number to Rachel Upton in DC, but not her cell number. Her cell was issued by the agency so it didn't matter if she gave Rachel the number. She picked up the still ringing phone. "Michelle speaking." She said. "Michelle, It's Rachel Upton." Rachel's voice came out of the receiver. "I just wanted to let you know that our team over in Cyber investigations may have stumbled upon the website that they are using to communicate. There are a lot of photos and Cyber is trying to figure out where they have all been taken. We think some were taken in Washington State." Michelle froze. "Okay," Michelle said. "I'll advise the Director and have her go into a partial activation..." "Sounds good. I just wanted to give you a heads up about the site," Rachel said. "If we determine that something is going on, we will bring your agency in. We think our cyber teams have found the site they are using to possibly communicate so we may know more in the next few days. As of right now we have not analyzed the data that we have found on that site yet."
 "okay. I'll keep you informed if I learn of anything on this side." Michelle said, and then hung up the phone, Abby was walking up to her desk. "I need to go up and see the Director. We might have a serious threat..." "Oh?" Abby said, but the door to the staircase was already closing. Abby pulled out her phone and sent a text to someone.
