Rachel walked into the Ops room from the back door and took the sight in. There had been numerous tips coming in. Joe was standing next to one of the ESF 13 desk when he saw her, he waved her over. "TVA PD is apparently behind the van..." he whispered into her ear. "It's an off duty officer who is talking to dispatch via his cell phone. "They gave us a plate and we ran it. It comes back to Enterprise Rent a Car. It's not been reported stolen." "Do we have any assets that wouldn't be so visible as a marked cruiser in the area?" Rachel asked. "No, Ma'am," The FBI agent sitting at this position on the ESF 13 desk said, while glancing up at her. "The closest we would have would be the Field Office in Nashville..." Rachel sighed. "I was hoping that we would get somebody there faster that wouldn't be as noticeable." she said. "About the only thing that we could do would be to get a chopper in the air but that would be noticed." The agent at the desk said. "Wonder if we could get a keyhole from the NSA..." She said aloud, before picking up a phone and dialing a number. "Director, it's Rachel, can I come up?" she paused for a second. "Thank you," she said hanging up the phone. "Keep track of that van, I'm going to get us some help." And with that she left the operations room and went up stairs. She swiped her badge at the door that led to the executive suites and went into to see the Director. She walked up to the door and knocked. "Come In." She heard Director Watson say. She went into the office. The lights in the celling were off and sunlight streamed into the office. "What's Up, Rachel?" "One of teh TVA's people is behind the van that we have on camera in Ohio, but they are unmarked and we don't really have anything to stop them on. They are too far away for the FBI office in Nashville to be of any help," Rachel paused for breath. "Do you think we could snatch a bird from the CIA or the NSA?" "I can make some phone calls..." Director Watson said. "Send me a message with a description and where they are right now." "Yes, Sir." Rachel said, turning and leaving the office. She didn't bother with the elevator. She took the stairs, going from the fifth floor to the first floor in half the time the elevator would have taken... She ran into the back door of the Operations Room. "Where is the van and the TVA Agent?" She asked looking at the screens in the front of the room. "I'm sorry, Ma'am," the person sitting at the ESF 13 desk said. "They managed to get away from the agent; something about a gate." "Damn it..." Rachel said, sending a message up to the Director. At the end of the message, she added that 'it would be nice to have a bird at our disposal to help track any members of this cell.'
