Robert was driving around the Dam looking at all of the lights that were on around the power generating plant. He wondered if he would be able to actually do some damage to it in addition to the transmission towers that left the plant. He suddenly saw red and blue lights in his mirror. He knew that there was an increased law enforcement presence in the area. He pulled over to the side of the road and rolled down the engine window. The Officer approached on the passenger side of the truck. His knock on the window startled Robert and he leaned over to roll down the passenger side window. Robert hoped the revolver that was on his left hip wasn't visible to the officer. "Good Morning, Sir," The officer said. "I'm Sergent William Jackson with the Grand Coulee Police Department. I stopped you tonight because this is a private road and the only people that should be on it are the folks from the BPA and law enforcement. May I see your license, registration, and insurance, please?" "Uh, Yeah." Robert said. "Let me grab my wallet." Rather than coming up with the wallet, he came up with the revolver and fired off two rounds. The Sargent crumpled to the dirt. Robert calmly got out of his truck and walked over to where the Sergent's body lay. He picked up the Sargent's body and carried him to his patrol car and then walked back to the bed of the pickup. From the bed of the pickup, he pulled out a five gallon can of gas, doused the Sergent and his car in the flammable liquid. The cruiser was old enough that it still had a cigarette lighter He pushed it in and then walked back to his truck, removed the fake tags taht he had on it, got in and drove back the way he had come. As he turned out on the main road heading back to the motel, he could see the cruiser glowing on the hill. The good thing was that what ever tag the Sargent had called in would be at the bottom of the resivor by the time that they started to piece together what had happened to the Sargent the world would be in chaos and he would be forgotten about.
