"Hey Public works..." the kid sitting at the cyber desk said. "Can you come over here really quick I want to ask a you a qauestion..." "Sure, Give me a sec." The lady at athe ESF 3 desk said. She was wondering what the kid working cyber had found, but what ever it was, it was somethign relating to public works. Rachel watched as she got up and walked over to the desk that the cyber kid was using. She watched them confer for a few moments. "Hey Rachel or Emily, I think you need to come take a look at this..." Rachel and Emily both looked at each other and walked over to the desk. It was an image of a water treatment plant. The caption said 'I've hacked in and will wreak havoc here as well...' "We just uncovered about a dozen photos like this all posted by a Photog007," The kid at the Cyber desk said. "There are a few other photos by others but the majority have been posted by this Photog007. We are already trying to figure out who this person is." "GIS" Rachel said. The person on the GIS desk looked at her. "See if you can help locate where these images were taken. We know who took them, I want to know where. I'm going to go up and see the director..." Rachel looked at Emily. "You're in charge..." Joe had been absorbed into ESF 5 and was no longer the Assistant Incident Commander. Rachel left the room and started to take the elevator, and then decided better of it and took the stairwell instead. She was in pretty good shape, owing to the yoga that she would often do in her apartment so the five floors worth of steps were nothing. She exited the stairwell and walked over to the door that separated the executive suite from the rest of the floor. "I need to see Director Walters ||is this who the guy is???||" Right now, because there was an active incident, and Rachel was the Incident Commander, she could just walk right in, but who knew who he might be on the phone with. She walked up to the door and knocked. "Come in" She heard the Director's voice. Rachel opened the door and walked into the Director's spacious office. "Sir, I'd like to raise the alert level..." Right now a bulletin from NTAS hadn't been sent out regarding the threat. "And I'd like to send out a bullitin to everyone. We just discovered that they may have hacked into municipal water systems but we don't know where." "Do it," The Director said. "You've got operational authority of the agency... Do what needs to be done." "Yes, Sir." Rachel said. "I will still keep you updated." She left the office overhearing the Director pick up his phone and say "||DHSDIRSEC NAME|| Get me the White House" She left the executive suite and went back down the stairs, taking them two at a time and made her way back to the operations room in a matter of minutes. "JIC!" The Joint Information Center was wehre the team from ESF 15 Public Affiars worked. "Work with the Information and Planning folks and get a bullitin out via NTAS. Immenient, detail that we have a credible threat, and set the experation date for 2 December." "On it!" Came a voice from the desk labelled ESF 15. Three pople from the ESF 5 Desk got up and went over to the room that served as the Joint Information Center, any press conferences that were held were in the conference room that was off of the Joint Information Ceneter, but no one was there at the moemnt.
