Michelle walked into the Operations Center and over to her desk. Laying on top of her keyboard was a report titled 'Physical Security of the U.S. Power Grid: High-Voltage Transformer Substations' "Where'd this come from?" She asked the EOC Manager. "Zoe came by and sat it there a little bit ago." He replied, glancing over. "We might have a different issue on our hands though..." "Oh?" Michelle stepped over and looked at his monitor. "We just got a bulletin via NTAS," He replied, Glancing up at Michelle "Apparently there was a hack of quite a few municipal water systems overnight. The systems were set to dump all sorts of chemical into the water system, rendering them unusable." "Any targets in the state?" Michelle looked around the room. The person working the ESF 3 desk wasn't in yet. She glanced back at the report laying on her keyboard. "I'm going to run up to the Director's office. Call me when ESF 3 gets in, please." She turned and left the room, heading up the stairs to Zoe's office. She walked up to the door and knocked. "Come in..." Michelle heard through the door. Michelle entered the office. Zoe was sitting at her desk reading a piece of paper. "Were we expecting an attack om water?" Michelle shook her head. "No," She sat in one of the chairs opposite Zoe's desk. "None of the intel we or any one else had indicated that a possible target was water." "Well," Zoe handed Michelle the paper. It was a memo from the Spokane water "This is a time where intel has failed us..." "I have a bad feeling about this..." Zoe said.
