Emily was looking at a print out that one of the runners had dropped at her desk. It was a bulletin that had been sent to Washington by the Director of the Washington State Emergency Management Agency. They had apparently had a executive assistant that they had arrested for sharing information with the group known as The Dawn Patrol. Emily got up and walked over to the ESF 13 desk. "What can you tell me about this girl in Washington State?" Emily asked the FBI Agent that was stationed at the desk. "All I have is the basics." The FBI agent working the desk said, glancing at the monitors. "She's twenty-our year old Abigail Evans of Seattle. Up until a few hours ago, she was the administrative assistant to the Ops Director. She's accused of copying every memo and test that they had conducted and sent it to The Dawn Patrol. This includes the memo that was sent to Rachel." "That wasn't a wise decision on her part..." Emily said. "Keep me in the loop if you find out anything." "Yes, ma'am" The Agent said, glancing over as Emily went back up to the command desks. Rachel walked in the door and walked up to Emily. Rachel and Emily were doing twelve hour shifts with a pair of folks doing eight hour stints as assistant incident commanders to overlap so they could do a hand off. There were two of them on duty at any given moment and when the handover occurred, three of them on duty. Once the handover was complete, The shifts that Emily and Rachel ended up working were actually fourteen hours. Emily glanced over as Rachel walked into the room, and then glanced at one of the clocks mounted on the wall. Rachel was a few minutes early, but that was her custom. Rachel sat her mug down on her desk and walked over to Emily. "Good morning," Rachel said, a slight smile on her lips. She was trying to be nice, but was still worried about what was going on. "What's the latest?" "Well, the only thing that has happened since you went off shift is that the Administrative Assistant to the Ops Branch Chief from the Washington State EMA was arrested for Treason against the United States of America. She has been copying every document that crossed the Op's Chief's desk for the last six years. The folks at the Washington State EMA are pretty sure that's how the Dawn Patrol got the memo." "Oh, really..." Rachel said, sipping her coffee. "That throws a wrinkle in things... You think they know we're on to them?" "Probably, I bet that's why the site got deleted; she learned that we had found the site, because she was in on the call with... What's her name?" Emily said. It was in her notes somewhere, but she couldn't recall the name off of the top of her head. "Michelle." Rachel said. "Right..." Emily said, glancing back at the room. "Anyway, she is likely to have shared it shortly after it was written..."
