Alex walked in the back door and down to the foreneics lab. Unfortunately, Delaney was right about the first scene having nothing. Every one that had been on that scene had made it so that nothing could be used from it. Sienna Williams turned to look at Alex.

“Morning Sargent,” She said, a smile crossing her face. “I’m assuming you’re responsible for the casts of some little girls shoe prints appearing in my office overnight...”

“Yeah,” Alex said, leaning against the table. “It’s from the fire scene out on Wallace.”

“The arson with the double homicide?” She asked.

“Yeah,” Alex said. “I can’t find the two girls, but hopefully the tire tracks and shoe prints give us something to start with...”

“How old are the two girls?”

“Fifteen and twelve,” Alex responded, sighing... Something had to break on the case, and soon; they were eighteen hours into the forty eight hour window that major breaks typically happened to help solve the case... “Sienna, I’m hoping that this doesn’t go cold...” If that happened, the search would end up focusing on finding the killer of a family of four.
