The next morning, Delaney was awoken by Lilly shifting closer to her in the bed. She wrapped her arm around the girl, feeling her relax and fall back asleep. Kirsten was laying with her back to Delaney, which was almost always how she woke up. Delaney reached down and felt Lilly's diaper, noting that it was soaked; she did the same to Kirsten's diaper, which was also soaked. She smiled, the plan was working; both girls had been dry when they add gone to bed, and she was sure that they still had control during the day; they just chose to wet the diapers. She thought for a few moments. Lilly still had panties that were in the chest, and She knew that Kirsten had panties in the dresser, even though Kirsten wasn't aware of it. She predicted that her idea would lead to wet skirts before the day was up, but it would be fun to try...
The three of them were sitting around the table, having devoured the eggs and bacon that Delaney had cooked for breakfast. Kirsten and Lilly were still in their night time diapers. "I want to try something today..." Delaney said.
"Ok..." Kirsten said. Lilly just looked at Delaney.
"I want to put you both in panties today," Lilly's eyes went as wide as saucers. "I know what your both thinking... There will be wet skirts today..."
"It's been three years since I've really worn panties that weren't super absorbent..." Lilly said quietly
"Now we both know the super absorbent ones aren't panties, Lilly..." Delaney admonished. "I just want to see if you guys have any control during the day... I think I already know the answer..." She smiled. Lilly and Kirsten shared a glance.
"Well, This will be interesting..." Kirsten said quietly. "Any challenges on this?"
"Nope..." Delaney said, a compassionate smile appearing on her face. "I already know you two have lost night time control, we might be able to retrain you, but I like the fact that you need diapers at night. I'll go layout clothes for you two to wear, and you can get dressed after you finish eating. Delaney left the kitchen, but stopped outside to listen to the conversation that she knew that going to occur.
"I think she's lost her mind..." Kirsten said. "She knows we won't be able to hold it. I think she's testing us..."
"Ok, but why?" Lilly asked. She sounded confused. "What's the point in making us piss our selves?"
"I don't know..." Lilly said, sounding like she had lost a battle but not knowing what battle had been lost. "But I know that I have work to do, and I'm assuming you do too. So lets finish breakfast and go get too it. The sooner that she realizes that we don't have any control, the sooner we'll be back in our diapers where we belong..."
Kirsten was sitting in a wooden chair at her desk. She didn't want to take the risk of having an accident and ruining her really nice chair. She had been crossing her legs as she tried to finish the code she was writing. She quickly saved the file, jumped up, and practically ran for the bathroom that was upstairs. Unfortunately for her, Lilly was already in there. She turned on her heel and ran for the bathroom that was attached to the master bedroom. Delaney was in there, at that moment and Kirsten did the only thing she could think of: run for the bathroom downstairs. It was a long shot of her making it now, but she was either going to make it or leave a puddle in her wake. She ran down the hall, and down the steps taking them two at a time. She slipped on the rug at the bottom of the steps, regained her footing and slid into the door way of the down stairs bathroom. She lifted her skirt and pulled her panties down in one motion, dropped very unladylike to the seat and felt her bladder release, sending a stream of urine into the toilet. That was close, she almost didn't make it.
Delaney was looking in the fridge for something to make for dinner. They had partial ingredients for a lot of different meals, but nothing for a complete meal... She was sure she could whip something up using what she had on hand, but wasn't sure that it would taste good. Lilly came in the kitchen.
"What's ya looking for, Mama?" She asked, already having an idea what Delaney was looking for...
"I'm trying to figure out dinner..." Delaney said, standing and opening a cupboard that was next to the refrigerator. She looked for a few moments before closing the fridge and the cupboard. "Go get your sister, get shoes on, I guess we're going out..."
"Yes, Mama." Lilly said, turning and heading up to get Kirsten. A few moments later the two girls were standing in the kitchen, looking apprehensive. They both had their shoes on, at least.
"We're going to go get dinner..." Delaney said. "There's partial meals here... Nothing for a full meal. Head out to the car..."
Delaney pulled into the parking lot of an Italian restaurant and shut off the engine and the three of them piled out of the car. They walked into the restaurant, and were seated without much delay. After they had been sat, they started looking at the menu and Lilly closed hers first. "I know what I want," She declared as their server walked up.
"Good evening," He said. "My name is Nathan and I'll be your server tonight and I can get you started on drinks." Delaney and Kirsten shared a glance. It had happened a few times when her and Nathan had gone out, but this was the first time it had happened when Kirsten had been out. Nathan was looking at Delaney.
"Sorry, Sweet tea, please?" She said, Lilly and Kirsten looked at her and she looked up and looked down. It was a subtle gesture, but it told the girls that they could order what they wanted to drink. Nathan had missed it because he was looking at the pad that he carried.
"And for you, Miss?" he asked, Looking at Kirsten.
"Sweet tea..." Kirsten said, smiling, well she was more like glowing. Having Nathan call her Miss was probably one of the best things that had happened in a while.
"And for you, Miss?" Now it was Lilly's turn. Lily blushed. She was used to men trying to dote on her, but she preferred women, usually much gentler and often less crude.
"Sweet tea, please."
"Alrighty, three sweet teas." He said, putting the book back in his apron. "Let me go get those and I'll be right back with some breadsticks for you as well."
"Um,.." Delaney said, looking at him. "Can we get an Alfredo boat for the breadsticks?"
"Sure thing..." He said and disappeared. Kirsten appeared to let out a breath.
"I was worried he was going to ask me for my number or something..." She said, Delaney and Lilly chuckled.
"Sweetie, he's a little young for you..." Delaney said, "Besides, I would've stopped it before it got to that point."
"That's good to know..." Lilly said. "I was almost afraid that I was going to lose one of my partners..." Lilly's phone beeped. It wasn't the normal beep that it made when there was a notification... It was the beep that it made when a server had failed somewhere. She pulled her phone out and looked at it, squinting at the screen and then sighing... "I'm not sure I can fix that without my laptop..." She could do a lot from her phone, but it was no replacement for her laptop. "Gonna try anyway, I guess..." She flipped one of her pigtails back over her shoulder and went to work.
"Must not be good..." Kirsten said. "anything we can do to help?" Lilly stopped typing for a second and glanced at Kirsten.
"Not that I can think of right now," Lilly responded, "I've got someone actively trying to get into the sever that holds the database... Easiest thing to do would be take it off line, but I can attempt to send him into a honeypot instead." Kirsten nodded. When she had been in college, she had taken a class about intrusion detection and mitigation. She had an idea of what Lily was talking about. Kirsten and Delaney watched Lilly work, she was so focused on what she was doing that she didn't notice Nathan bring the breadsticks, Alfredo, and drinks to the table. She sat hunched over her phone, looking like she was texting and muttering to herself as she worked.
"Alright, what can I get you for the main course?" Nathan asked.
"I'll have the chicken Alfredo" Delaney said, closing her menu and handing it to Nathan. He took it and looked at Kirsten.
"And for you, Miss?" he asked, a smile on his lips.
"Same thing..." Kirsten said. It was something on the menu that she would eat.
"Ok," Nathan scribbled on the pad. "And for you Miss?" he asked Lilly. She was so engrossed in what she was doing that she didn't' even hear the question.
"Lilly..." Delaney said suddenly. The younger girl glanced up from the screen.
"Yes Mama?" she said, mainly out of habit before realizing where they were... She started blushing and looked at the phone again.
"What can I get for your main course, Miss?" Nathan asked again, not batting an eyelid at Lilly calling Delaney Mama.
"Oh..." Lilly said. "Risotto... With chicken..." She was being very non talkative now, still blushing. Delaney just wore a smirk.
"Ok," Nathan said, closing the book. "I'll get this in and you'll probably have it in about twenty minutes."
"Thank you," Delaney said. Lilly's face was still beat red. As Nathan walked away, Delaney smirked at Lilly, who had hidden behind her phone again.
"Way to out yourself, kiddo..." Delaney said quietly. Lilly glanced up at her and blushed.
"I'm sorry, Mama." Lilly said, her voice even quieter than Delaney's. "It just happened."
"It's ok." Delaney said, smiling. "If anything, own it. You have a special relationship with both of your partners."
"I can't tell you the number of times I've called her Mommy in places like this." Kirsten said. "Heck... I almost called her mommy on our wedding day..." Kirsten chuckled, remembering the incident.
"You didn't..." Lilly said, surprised that Kirsten would do such a thing.
"She did..." Delaney said, smiling. She was also remembering the wedding day. "I think my name became Moaney as she tried to correct it... A few strange glances, but other than that it sort of was ignored by everyone, except for a few people that knew what Kirsten was going to say." There was a couple that had been sat at a table near by and Lilly watched the woman's face. She could tell that there was a triad happening with the group at Lilly's table, and expressed her disgust on her face. Lilly smiled.
"I wish I would have been there for that." Lilly said, still watching the woman scowl. She winked at Delaney. It was a hint that she was about to do something. "I want to run to the bathroom before the food comes; want to join me?" Lilly asked. This was code for 'I want to tell you something away from other ears that are listening that have no business listening.'
"Sure..." Delaney said, standing. "We'll be right back, Kirsten." Lilly stood up too, and the pair of them went toward the restroom. They went into the bathroom and stopped at the sink, both of them checking their hair. "So, Whats up?"
"The lady that was sitting behind you appeared to not think highly of our triad..." Lilly said reaching down and turning on the water. She washed her hands, before drying them. "I propose that we show her that we're happy."
"Are you sure that she didn't' hear you call me mama?" Delaney said. "She might be really confused by that.."
"Hmm..." Lilly said, glancing over at Delaney. She was in love with the head of the household, She was in love with Kirsten to be sure, but more in love with Delaney... "Maybe. But you know, I don't really care. It's a title like 'Mrs.' or 'Miss'. She can suck it.." Delaney scowled.
"Language, Princess..." Delaney admonished. "Although you're right. It's nothing more than a title. But we still need to be careful, there are a lot of people out there that don't understand how our family works..."
"I know..." Lilly replied, blushing at the admonishment. "I sometimes forget who's around and just go with what comes out." She smiled. "I'm sure that lady is driving Kirsten nuts, lets go rescue her."
"Ok," Delaney said. Smiling back at Lilly. "I'm actually going to go potty while I'm here... You can go back to the table, I'll be out in a second."
"Ok, Mama." Lilly said, reaching up for the door handle. Lilly went back out to the table where Kirsten was scowling. "What happened?" She stage whispered. The lady sat smirking.
"She tried to get a rise out of me," Kirsten tipped her head to the woman. "Said that I was going to hell for being me and that all three of us were going to hell because we're in an unsanctimonious relationship. Apparently I'm going to a deeper level than you guys... I'll miss you..." Delaney walked back to the table and sat.
"Why will you miss us?" She asked, grabbing a breadstick and dipping it in the Alfredo sauce.
"Because, apparently, someone," Lilly wiggled her eyebrows. "Thinks that our relationship is unsanctimonious, and that we're all going to hell for being in the relationship, not to mention that Kirsten is going to a deeper level of hell because she's her..." The fact that Kirsten was transgender didn't' need to be stated...
Delaney turned to look at the woman. "Miss.." She said, her voice sweet. Kirsten and Lilly knew what was coming. "I would appreciate if you'd keep your bigoted comments to your self... You you self are forgetting the highest commandment of all: Love thy sinner, hate thy sin. I guess we'll be seeing you in hell..." she turned back to Lilly, when there was a tap on her shoulder. She turned to see the woman's husband standing there. "Yes?" she said dryly. She did not want to do what might have to be done here...
"You don't need to talk to my wife like that." he said. A few customers were now watching, waiting to see what transpired. Kirsten wished the floor would swallow her up, she hated when Delaney had to do this, but also knew it was the only way it would happen.
"And your wife doesn't need to speak that way to my wife either." Delaney's voice was calm, in control, and level. "You can think what you want of my wife and my partner, but just because you don't agree with it, doesn't give you the right to try to force your views on everyone. What my family does is between us and whatever deity we subscribe to."
"Well, the Bible says..." The man started. "That you should--" Delaney cut him off.
"Have no other God before him?" She finished. "Yeah, I know, and you know I could probably still recite verse for verse half the Bible, Daughter of a Minister, and all that... But you know what, my father didn't force it down my throat once I was old enough to make a decision as to my own beliefs. I'll take my chances. Now get out of my face." The woman stood, and Delaney prepared mentally what to do should she need to defend herself or her partners. The woman placed her arm on her husband's shoulder.
"William, lets just go," She said. "We'll leave the damned to their own devices. They won't listen to reason."
Delaney chuckled, causing William to reach up and poke her in the chest. She raised her eyebrows. "William, I'd suggest you remove your finger from my chest..." Out of the corner of her eye, she saw the manager approaching, hoping to defuse the situation.
"And If I don't?" he poked again, harder this time. Delaney reached up and grabbed the man's wrist and twisted it causing him to drop to his knees.
"All the way down and you can stay there until the police arrive." She looked at the manager who was talking into the radio he had in his hand.
"Get off of me!" The man said. "You're breaking my arm."
"Stop hurting him!" the woman practically shouted. She lunged for Delaney, who brought one knee up and tagged the woman in the leg, she fell backward into the booth.
"I'm not breaking it, I'm twisting it..." Delaney said. "You really shouldn't start getting physical with a black belt..." the manager escorted two police officers to where Delaney still had William pinned to the floor. The woman was holding her leg where Delaney had kneed it.
"Ma'am, let him up." One of the officers said, reaching for the arm that she had pinned behind the man.
"I want her arrested..." The man said. "She attacked me. Completely unprovoked..."
"I disagree..." said the manager. "When I walked up, she was standing there hands at her sides... You're the one that reached up and poked her in the chest, twice. Once after she warned you to remove your finger from her chest. She defended her self and stopped it before it got any further."
"That's what I saw too." said a man sitting at a table behind Lilly. He held up a badge. "She defended her self and the two people with her. His wife also tried to attack her." He stood and walked over. The two officers looked at him. "I was about to get up and help, but this young lady had it under control..." He pointed at Delaney. "Book them on charges of assault. I'll make sure my statement gets with the rest of the paperwork."
"Sure thing, LT." one of the officers said. He reached down and cuffed William's hands behind his back. "We'll get them cuffed and handle the searches and ID outside."
"She started this..." The woman said, not wanting to be arrested. "Her and her partners are an abomination."
"Ok..." the officer that wasn't helping William to his feet "But that's not a crime... Assault is... Turn around, hands on your head for me..."
Delaney pulled the car in the garage, and shut off the engine. She turned to Kirsten and Lilly. "I'm sorry you guys had to see that, but I'm not having some zealot try to tell us how we should live our lives. I was raised in the church, I know what it says, and I hate it when bigots try to do what they did. I'm not proud of what I did tonight, but it was deescalated without violence..."
"I think you just did what needed done," Lilly said. "You protected you, and you protected us..." Kirsten had been quietly sobbing all the way home and still was.
"When stuff like that happens, it makes me worried for my safety..." Kirsten said. "Sometimes I think it'd be easier to stay a boy..." Lilly looked at her.
"You forget one thing..." Lilly said, Delaney opened her door and got out, She opened the door for Lilly.
"What's that?" Kirsten said, looking at Lilly in the dim light of the garage.
"You've got Delaney and I both who will do what ever it takes to protect you and make you safe." Lilly said, sliding toward the open door. "If that means we've got to kick ass to do it then by God we're gonna kick some fucking ass."
"Language..." Delaney said. The language was one of the things that she had worked hard on cleaning up with both of the girls. They both sounded more sophisticated now than they did when the family had come together in the beginning.
"Sorry, Mama..." Lilly said, her face dropping to a frown.
"If I have to tell you again, you're gonna get some soap..." Delaney said, wrapping her arm around Lilly's shoulders. "Come on, Kirsten. We need to get you girls ready for bed and then we can sit up and watch a movie... I'll make popcorn..." Popcorn was a bribe to Kirsten. She loved popcorn and would eat it all the time. They had even bought an air popper so that there was less oil on her fingers and the keyboard.
"Ok!" Kirsten said. She'd actually rather go mope in bed, but she knew that Delaney wouldn't let her. Delaney always tried to keep Kirsten active to distract her when she got mopey. Popcorn and a movie were the best way to take care of that issue.
"I want you both to go get undressed, and lay on the bed, and I'll come up and diaper you." Delaney said. "And I'll bring in jammies for Lilly." She had ordered matching sleepers for the girls. Both of them zipped up the back and had removable footies and mittens. She would let the girls have their hands for now, but when bedtime came, it would be mittens. Kirsten's was baby pink and Lilly's was lilac. The best part was that the mittens and booties were the same sizes and could be switched between the two sleepers. There was other matching stuff coming but it hadn't arrived yet, but would be in before the holidays occurred. Delaney grabbed the package that held the sleepers and headed for the bedroom. When she got there, she saw Lilly and Kirsten kissing rather passionately, and both of them had their hands on each other's crotches. Kirsten was obviously getting more enjoyment out of the touching than Lilly was... Delaney let the action go on for a bit, feeling her self getting aroused. She would have to do something about it later, or have one of the girls help her out...
